Balance

Balance is essential for all aspects of life. It is important to remember to practice moderation. When we indulge in too much in one area of our life, other areas suffer. Family, personal awareness, work, service, growth, spiritual connections, learning, fitness and health, companionship, boundaries, fun and relaxation are all so important. Balance and self-discipline honors our higher self and keeps us from feeling anxiety or unwell due to being overwhelmed or distracted. A happy life is a content soul living in mental peace and well being through balance and harmony.

There are 7 chakras in our body:

  1. The Root Chakra, located at the bottom of your spine which is foundational.
  2. The Sacral Chakra, located in the middle of the abdomen which focuses on creative energy.
  3. The Solar Plexus Chakra, located around the stomach area which is vital to self confidence and independence.
  4. The Heart Chakra, located above the heart focuses on deep, intimate, compassionate connections.
  5. The throat Chakra, located in the middle of the throat is instrumental in self-expression with our senses and emotional honesty.
  6. The Third Eye Chakra, located in the center of the brow listens to intuition, alignment and perspective to all things of the universe.
  7. The Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head connects to our spiritual selves.

All are important to stay balanced and aligned with our true selves, free of any blockage or congestion so that we can continue to learn and be open to the universal abundance that we are all created from.
