Sudara blu sees Loving Kindness in all that is encompassed in this universe. Sudara blu ecourages the practice of Loving Kindness in everyday interactions to all things encountered. When one comes from a place of love and kindness, each experience is much more cherished for the one giving and the for the one receiving. Being kind to one another is so simple, so easy to do and so much more productive. It is important to remember that everyone has a past and that no one is free from some type of attachment to different kinds of dysfunction or trauma in some way or another.
The lotus flower, as beautiful as it is, sits on top of the Sanskrit, Loving Kindness which represents the beauty in all of us as it rises from above the murky waters of life’s struggles with each new day. The lotus flower survives in the mud each evening and arises with each new dawn as it pushes through the mud in it’s glorious beauty!
